Dale Tomlinson

Dale Tomlinson

Dale entered the military infantry in 1950 as an instructor. He went to Okinawa in 1951. Won the island army football championship for the Army football team while in Okinawa. Then went on to be a court reporter in the Army. To Dale the best thing about the military was that he matured and grew up. Dale and his wife married his senior year in college and went on to have 3 beautiful children. He was the vice president of Linfield College for 14 years. This dream flight means a lot because it brings back childhood memories from flying in a Stearman. Dale makes his home with his wife Carolyn at Hillside in McMinnville Oregon.
